We had a wonderful experience with Ryan from the Tulip Team as our real estate agent. As first-time home buyers in Ottawa, we were anxious and had lots of questions about the process. Ryan delivered an excellent starting presentation to familiarize us with the process and answered our questions right at the outset. When it came to looking at potential homes, Ryan was incredibly responsive (at one point meeting us to look at a house only hours after it was listed) and provided great information on neighbourhood comparables as well as how best to position ourselves to make a successful offer. His list of inspectors was high-quality and also great to deal with. We were able to find our dream home quickly and at the right price with Ryan's help, which was extremely impressive! We only have great things to say about Ryan's communication, attitude, and ability to find us a house we love. I'd highly recommend him as an agent in Ottawa's hot real estate market!

We met with a few realtors upon moving to Ottawa. We have had 2 homes previously and had a pretty good idea what we wanted, but no familiarity with the competitive Ottawa market. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and really made us feel comfortable each time we entered an offer. We were involved in 4 bidding wars and one straight up rejection. Ryan did a thorough analysis on each property we considered to ensure we were competitive, but not substantially over paying. There was some frustration with bidding wars and some homes going excessively over asking price (up to 150k). Ryan kept us on track and after a loss came back with more homes that we could consider. The constant communication kept our spirits high thorugh low times and resulted in us finding a beautiful home at a price that we could afford. We would highly recommend Ryan and his team to anybody starting or continuing their home search.
