I am a loan officer and work with many professional realtors across the country. I was asked to handle the estate of a colleague I worked with for many years. Managed all of these relationships and prepared a brilliant marketing strategy plan and executed flawlessly. House was actually under contract faster than I could have possibly imagined. Completely stress free. What a TEAM!

Robin and Barbara were amazing helping us sell our prior house and scale down to a new one within a block of our kids' school. Incredibly, Robin found a house that duplicated the office loft we'd loved previously. Robin and Barbara did a special job marketing our previous house, and we sold for exactly what we were hoping for. Now we've settled in to the new place, and it feels just right. It fits our family perfectly. We are in a quiet, established and walkable neighborhood with other families. The yard is canopied with beautiful trees for outdoor play, and we love our neighbors. Robin is amazing and just what we needed to find our perfect home for our big family. We had two Realtors prior to her and she came in and was everything we were looking for. She listened to what we wanted, was responsive, and knowledgeable. She knows a lot about houses and explained the Pros and Cons based on what we were looking for everything from the water heater, air conditioning, floors, etc. She has given us great recommendations for future home maintenance. At closing she caught an error in the paperwork that my husband and I missed, which would've had us paying for pest control when we shouldn't. She knows what shes doing and is a joy to work with!!!
