My Realtor for Life Robin is so much more than someone who can help sell your house - she is the person who can sell it at top dollar, in the shortest amount of time and perhaps most importantly, lessening the stress as much as possible. Of course I have friends of friends who sell houses on the side but this is the largest financial transaction of my life and required the expert. This is the fourth transaction with Robin (and Barbara) and what is special about Robin is her passion, expertise and high level of customer service. Knowing I was thinking of moving out of state and having people tell me I should rent my home, I asked Robin for guidance and her thoughts on whether it made sense to rent my home or sell it. She thoroughly prepared information to help my decision (to sell) and said to let her know when I was ready. Soon after, I was approved to work remotely, with my goal to move to Florida. This was in late Spring 2022 when mortgage rates were starting to creep up and I knew I needed to sell quickly to get top dollar. Robin had contractors that were willing to adjust their schedules to help meet my timeline, provided recommendations on finishes and colors, assisted with a stager to help pick out what I had already that could be used to stage my home (and more importantly tell me what had to go). The day before photos were taken, Robin stopped by and I must’ve looked like a deer in the headlights with so many boxes to move out before pictures were taken. Robin took control of the situation and said this is what we’re going to do, and whoosh, she helped to make it all go away. She was an angel that day. It wasn’t until weeks later that I realized Robin made me feel like the only person she was helping. I knew that I wasn’t, but I felt that way the entire process - always thoughtful, considerate, checking in, never rushed. She even helped me find an awesome realtor in Florida. And yes, my house happened to sell in a day with multiple offers and for the most money that layout townhouse ever sold for in the neighborhood. There is no magic wand to make this all happen as there was time and money involved to prep the house to sell, including blood, sweat and tears, but Robin is the closest thing to that magic wand and will be my realtor for life.

Robin was amazing! She’s very experienced and competent, and represents “your” interests throughout the entire process - nothing slips by her. She was always available. We moved out, gave her the keys, and she did the rest. She coordinated and supervised whatever needed to be done - repairs, cleaning, hauling, etc. The contractors she recommended, were super responsive - met with us immediately (same day or next day). She kept all on track for a swift and efficient sell. It was a pleasure working with Robin.

Robin was a life-saver when my husband and I had to suddenly sell an inherited house, in the middle of a pandemic winter, from out-of-state. With her long-established relationships with local contractors, Robin was able to get the house ready for market in a very short time, taking that burden off of us. Robin handled all of the nut-and-bolts tasks necessary to present the house at its best. She arranged for a contractor to make minor repairs, including touch-up painting; a cleaning service to deep clean every surface; a carpet and upholstery cleaning service; had the windows washed (made a huge difference!); and hired the stager and photographer whose work was invaluable in marketing the house. Rather than just discuss what needed to be done over the phone, Robin personally met the many contractors at the house, making sure that they understood exactly what was needed. Because of their prior experiences working with Robin, all of the contractors responded very quickly to her calls, and their prices were more than fair. Robin even arranged for donation of items left in the house, and made sure that I received the donor receipt. Robin's years of experience and deep knowledge of the local market were key in drawing an astonishing number of potential buyers to the house. She very effectively placed the listing for maximum exposure. The listing went active on a Thursday, and, despite COVID, cold, rainy weather and Super Bowl Sunday, just under one hundred potential buyers toured the house in four days. Robin was able to present us with multiple solid offers on the following Tuesday morning. And, thanks to her patiently guiding us through the legal intricacies of closing, and her smooth working relationship with the closing company, the sale closed in just 10 days. The words "efficient" and "professional" are barely adequate to describe Robin. She is a dynamo - energetic, organized, knowledgeable, and unflappable. Her skill and optimism carried us through a difficult process, and took the anxiety out of selling a house from five states away. I am happy to unreservedly recommend Robin to handle your sale.
