<p>I would simply not live in my lovely home in this terrific Arlington neighborhood if it were not for Barbara Simon's excellent negotiating skills. This current home (and my prior home in Arlington) received multiple offers and Barbara always knew exactly what was needed for me to be the successful bidder -- and it wasn't always the highest price but she had other strategies that only a very experienced and sophisticated broker would recommend. Over the years and long after the sale Barbara and Robin have been there to answer my questions and give me advice on what to look for when dealing with a number of house-related issues. I know that they will always be there when I need their advice or support.</p>

<p>Robin went above and beyond all the times we have used her. She secured contractors to make improvements to our home and offered to be there to meet them when we were at work. She did this on all of our transactions with her, from our less expensive townhouse to our much more expensive single family home. She showed real dedication.</p>

<p>Barbara and Robin helped us locate and sign on a property within a week. They assisted us with arrangements for remodeling, repairs, and cleaning. They were just what we needed for our move to this area.</p>

<p>Robin Cale is an amazing agent. She made our first time home buying experience to be very enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable about the various areas in Fairfax County, Virginia. She took us to neighborhoods I did not know existed. She was very responsive to our text messages and emails. Her demeanor is very upbeat. We just closed on our beautiful home in what seemed like a effortless process because Robin was on top of things. We are so happy to have had her represent us as our agent.</p>
