I can’t imagine doing anything with real estate without Robin! I’ve worked with her on a few transactions this past decade and would only buy or sell with her as my agent. I’ve even recommended her to two friends because she’s simply the best. This year she helped us sell our townhouse and at the same time complete a purchase. She helped us make the right upgrades to position our house to sell for a good price and within a very very fast timeframe. There’s no way without her marketing expertise we would have had as successful a sale. It was great and she made the process as easy as possible for us. The purchase was also great! It was a new neighborhood to us and she made sure we were comfortable and in the best position to make a competitive offer and get the house of our dreams. we also appreciate her network of professionals for things we need after the purchase (like new counters or chimney cleaning!). She walked us through all the steps and effortless coordinated the logistics of buying and selling at the same time. She’s amazing and I have the most trust in her. She makes two of the most stressful things in life (buying and selling) seems easy. I’d never complete a real estate transaction without her! You won’t be disappointed working with her.

Robin was wonderful in making sure I was able to sell my townhouse and that I find the right house to buy. She also went the extra mile to make sure everything was kept on track even with bumps in the road. Robin was willing and available for when I had questions, concerns or just wanted to talk about what was happening during this entire process.

Barb has worked in Virginia her entire career and everyone knows her by name as someone who is reliable, honest, hard working, and ethical. In my personal experience working with her on two home purchases over 5 years, I found her to be punctual, ethical, caring, responsive, and clearly stated expectations from the beginning. She is very wise and intelligent on crafting offers and has a sixth-sense on knowing what the seller has prioritized so your proposal can be more attractive. Having her as my agent has definitely carried weight with my offers due to her fantastic reputation-so if you want to get into a home-she is your realtor. In addition, she takes genuine personal interest in you as her client and always provides helpful guidance! She isn't looking to just throw you into a home to move on to the next client-she actually considers your needs that you have expressed and ensures that the home you want is what you really do want. She spent about 6 months helping me look for a home, and provided support, encouragement, and also discipline for me to not just give outrageous offers when the home was falsely inflated due to competition. I have zero complaints or even constructive criticism for Barb-she's amazing and I recommend her to all of my friends and contacts! She has become like family to me over the years.

Robin was incredible! Since we were first time home buyers, this was a very intimidating and overwhelming experience. But Robin's expertise helped calm a lot of our anxieties. She was on top of every question/concern/request we had and did a very thorough job explaining things. And once we bought the house she had referrals for all kinds of services we needed done. She is also familiar with country rules so she could make us aware of things that would be relevant to us (e.g., height limits on a fence).</p> <p>When it came time to make an offer, Robin gave us very good advice to position ourselves in order to win out against other offers. We were so pleased that we were able to get the home for the price that we did.</p> <p>On top of all of that, Robin has a referral for everything! We decided to update the floors, kitchen and add a fence, and Robin was able to provide service providers for those needs. She's also referred us to cleaning services and a few other vendors.</p> <p>Robin is a true expert and a professional, but she's also warm and approachable.</p>
