Robin gave us fantastic advice related to getting our home ready to sell, understanding that certain updates were worth putting money into and others were not. We trusted and listened to her, worked with professionals she recommended to us, who all offered us fair pricing for the work needed. In the end, our home was sold in less than 48 hours after it became an open listing and we were offered a higher price than the original listing. Robin advised us on the 3 offers we received, and following her recommendation, the accepted offer went through with no issues along the way. We would not hesitate to work with Robin again in the future!

Robin provided an amazing and thorough experience for a first time home buyer. She knew everything there was to know about features of a home to watch out for, getting critical information out of a listing, the logistics of closing and much more. My Realtor for Life Robin is so much more than someone who can help sell your house - she is the person who can sell it at top dollar, in the shortest amount of time and perhaps most importantly, lessening the stress as much as possible. Of course I have friends of friends who sell houses on the side but this is the largest financial transaction of my life and required the expert. This is the fourth transaction with Robin (and Barbara) and what is special about Robin is her passion, expertise and high level of customer service. Knowing I was thinking of moving out of state and having people tell me I should rent my home, I asked Robin for guidance and her thoughts on whether it made sense to rent my home or sell it. She thoroughly prepared information to help my decision (to sell) and said to let her know when I was ready. Soon after, I was approved to work remotely, with my goal to move to Florida. This was in late Spring 2022 when mortgage rates were starting to creep up and I knew I needed to sell quickly to get top dollar. Robin had contractors that were willing to adjust their schedules to help meet my timeline, provided recommendations on finishes and colors, assisted with a stager to help pick out what I had already that could be used to stage my home (and more importantly tell me what had to go). The day before photos were taken, Robin stopped by and I must’ve looked like a deer in the headlights with so many boxes to move out before pictures were taken. Robin took control of the situation and said this is what we’re going to do, and whoosh, she helped to make it all go away. She was an angel that day. It wasn’t until weeks later that I realized Robin made me feel like the only person she was helping. I knew that I wasn’t, but I felt that way the entire process - always thoughtful, considerate, checking in, never rushed. She even helped me find an awesome realtor in Florida. And yes, my house happened to sell in a day with multiple offers and for the most money that layout townhouse ever sold for in the neighborhood. There is no magic wand to make this all happen as there was time and money involved to prep the house to sell, including blood, sweat and tears, but Robin is the closest thing to that magic wand and will be my realtor for life.

Robin was amazing! She’s very experienced and competent, and represents “your” interests throughout the entire process - nothing slips by her. She was always available. We moved out, gave her the keys, and she did the rest. She coordinated and supervised whatever needed to be done - repairs, cleaning, hauling, etc. The contractors she recommended, were super responsive - met with us immediately (same day or next day). She kept all on track for a swift and efficient sell. It was a pleasure working with Robin.
