I can't say enough about Riccardo and Katherine, they are an awesome team! They were both extremely patient and understanding of our needs, especially moving to Alberta from out of province. From the beginning Riccardo & his team were wonderful to work with. The comparables he put together were detailed and he explained where he thought the price point for our house should be and he was spot on. He was straight forward and told us what to expect and what we could do to improve the home before it was time for showings. Riccardo is AMAZING!!! He always answered all my questions, he was always prompt to reply. He kept in touch and kept me informed on what was happening. I live in Calgary now and Riccardo was extremely helpful in dealing with tenants and getting everything done. I’ve dealt with a few realtors in Lethbridge and Riccardo is hands down the best one!
