We found Riccardo great to work with,he's knowledgeable, professional, competent,,I'd certainly use his services again,if the need arises.We got what we expected for our property,and were pleased with the interaction and outcome.

From the beginning Riccardo & his team were wonderful to work with. The comparables he put together were detailed and he explained where he thought the price point for our house should be and he was spot on. He was straight forward and told us what to expect and what we could do to improve the home before it was time for showings. He was easy to get ahold of with questions and he was very quick to reply with professional answers and recommendations. When we need to move in the future he will be our only call and our only recommendation when our friends & family need a realtor to sell their home!!

Riccardo is AMAZING!!! He always answered all my questions, he was always prompt to reply. He kept in touch and kept me informed on what was happening. I live in Calgary now and Riccardo was extremely helpful in dealing with tenants and getting everything done. I’ve dealt with a few realtors in Lethbridge and Riccardo is hands down the best one! Riccardo is professional, yet friendly and relatable. I can’t say enough good things about him.

Katharine was able to send us listings according to what we were interested in and was able to narrow down what we liked. She did this through phone calls and emails as we were from out of province. When we met with her, she had listings and appointments set up for us as we had limited time to look at houses. She had all the stats and information for the houses on paper that we would be looking at and had the appointments set up. Once she knew what we were looking for, she set up more appointments for the next day according to our likes and specifications. She was very friendly, also knowledgeable of the Lethbridge west area, and I would very much recommend her as an agent. She also got right back to us when we were negotiating a sale and was very good at recommending what to do in that process. She is an excellent agent!
