Riccardo and his team were always available to answer our questions. They kept us informed when interested people were going to view our home and maintained a very reasonable schedule when multiple viewings would occur. They also kept our asking price at the original amount which showed that they were very confident regarding what the value of our home was. Riccardo came to our presentation meeting well prepared with, prior comparable sales and information on comparable homes still available for sale. He offered advice on how to prepare the home for sale including what work and renovations I did NOT need to do. I followed his advice (including not doing time consuming changes) and his team did some staging of the home. I think their advice, staging and marketing contributed to a quick sale well over list price.
