Katharine was able to send us listings according to what we were interested in and was able to narrow down what we liked. She did this through phone calls and emails as we were from out of province. When we met with her, she had listings and appointments set up for us as we had limited time to look at houses. She had all the stats and information for the houses on paper that we would be looking at and had the appointments set up. Once she knew what we were looking for, she set up more appointments for the next day according to our likes and specifications. She was very friendly, also knowledgeable of the Lethbridge west area, and I would very much recommend her as an agent. She also got right back to us when we were negotiating a sale and was very good at recommending what to do in that process. She is an excellent agent!
