Our experience with Riccardo was exceptionally professional, but he also treated us like friends by being genuinely interested in our needs and goals. Riccardo suggested when to best list the property, as Covid just started and we needed to be patient and wait for the best time to list and how to safely be ready for viewers. We were very impressed with all the assistance Riccardo offered and he and his Team were available whenever we requested his/their services. Riccardo made available names of individuals that could assist with any upgrades we thought necessary, although he encouraged us to make such decisions.

Sold our house in less than a month for exactly what we wanted from it!!! If it didn't sell we would have lost out on our dream house, thank you so much!

Riccardo and Sam were very accommodating with me and fiancé’s schedule. I gave them a list of houses I wanted to see and they added more to the tour as they listen to what we wanted. Given the high demand in the market at the time, they were prompt and meant buisness to get us the house we wanted in the short time we gave them. Our offers were completed in a timely matter(rejected or accepted) we had an answer as soon as they could. Their customer service is outstanding and they make a great team, I would highly recommend Riccardo’s home team!
