Rachel was exceptional in selling my last home and now with the purchase of our new home. She is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Any questions or concerns we had she answered very quickly. Her staging abilities are top notch to sell your home quickly and for above asking. If you are looking to buy or sell a home I highly recommend Rachel, you will not be disappointed.

We recently hired Rachel to help us sell and buy our new home. She made herself available whenever we had questions. Before we put our house on the market she came out and gave us a list of suggestions to stage our home. She told us to declutter, move coffee tables and lamps around and take down pictures. We listened to her and thankfully we did. When the photos were taken of our house it looked so beautiful. It was so pretty I forgot all the reasons we had wanted to move. Rachel obviously has an eye for decorating. Our house sold within 4 days and we received over asking price. At this point we were so happy with the service she provided that we decided to purchase our new home through her as well. Every home that we walked through she pointed out details that we may have over looked for example possible grading issues, age of furnaces, window problems. Rachel was looking out for our best interest when purchasing a new home. Moving is a stressful time and she certainly took some of the pressure off. In this process we found our dream forever home. I would highly recommend her services.

My wife and I were looking to move across the country and were dreading the process of putting our house up for sale with two young kids. We also have never sold a house before so were not exactly sure what we were getting ourselves into. Rachel was recommended to us by our neighbours and we were told she goes above and beyond for her clients and is a true professional. After meeting her for the first time we quickly realised our neighbours were right. She made us feel very comfortable and confident during the entire process. We wanted somebody to come into our house and just lay it all out there, tell us what to do and how to do it and do the thinking for us. Rachel did exactly what we were looking for. She made us a list of what needed to be done from our end, she did everything she said she was going to do from her end and the process was seamless. She staged our house so well we wished she had come into our house five years earlier so we could actually enjoy the new layout and design of the house. She is very approachable, friendly and organised and will make the stressful process of selling a house actually enjoyable. The only negative about our entire experience is that we only saw Rachel about three times throughout our entire experience because our house sold so fast! I would highly recommend Rachel as your next Realtor! She does a fantastic job from start to finish!
