Rachel is knowledgeable and experienced. Somehow she also pulls a rabbit out of a hat (or in my case a Morkie out of a brick house) in order to make the process fun and personal. Rach is a great negotiator and a very likeable person. She has assembled a great team of people to work with. I felt like I continually benefited from her “likability” through the process. In fact, even the other realtors involved responded so well to her that at times I felt they wanted to work with her too. Rachel knows Waterloo and she knows real estate. Sure you can find that with other realtors but rarely is someone as fun, dynamic and conscientious as Rachel. Rachel literally added stress to her own plate in order to make sure I didn’t spend more than was absolutely necessary. I guarantee that she’s one of the best of the best.
