Rachel is amazing, very knowledgeable & did a fabulous job. I am the Executor and when the family & myself met with Rachel, I expected her to talk staging. Rachel said, "clear out the house completely." The house had good bones & location but needed A LOT of updating. Rachel wanted to let the light in & show off the size of the large rooms. Rachel was completely right in our situation. Rachel did a lot of networking BEFORE the listing became live which was apparent with MANY showings booked within hours. A good pre-emptive offer came in the next day. The huge amount of work that Rachel did that night and early the next morning, to notify all the potential buyers that saw the house as well as notify potential buyers booked for later in the week, then coordinating the many offers, all the while keeping the family & myself notified as to what was happening. Rachel is a miracle worker and obviously loves what she does and is good at it. Through the whole process, we felt very comfortable with Rachel's caring and considerate approach. She understood we were also dealing with two deaths. I would strongly recommend Rachel to anyone buying or selling a home.

Rachel truly is one of a kind! We have sold two homes and purchased two homes with Rachel. In both purchasing and selling Rachel was always there for us. Rachel genuinely cares about her clients, and it shows, she truly listened to us, she answered all our questions, she offered fact based advice. Check everything off your list and let Rachel step in and remove your selling worries! Rachel knows her stuff really well. She was able to sell our house in no-time, and was there to assist us every step of the way.She provided excellent advice on how to prepare the house for sale, developed the right strategy and set accurate pricing. Rachel used her networking to promote the house to other agents and prospective buyers, monitored very closely the booked showings to make sure that the required forms were submitted, and followed up with the other agents to get feedback after showings. After accepting the offer, she maintained close contact with us, the other agent and the lawyer to make sure that the closing was completed with no issues. If I were to resume my whole review to one word, that would be "Excellence!".
