We've worked with Rachel on two home purchases and one sale and she has been fantastic. Absolutely incredible. Rachel worked with us to find our first home in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. We had so many questions about the region, neighborhoods, and home specifics. She answered them all. She helped us understand the market, our options, and ultimately helped us find our first home here. It was a wonderful experience. She had earned our confidence and trust. She's also become a close friend. We were so excited when it was time to purchase our second home. Rachel, again, delivered. She listed our home, helped stage it, and closed the sale for us. On the purchasing side, again Rachel helped us navigate market until we found or current home. We couldn't be happier. Our only regret is that we can't work with Rachel more often. I cannot speak highly enough of my experiences with Rachel Paquette. As a homebuyer with little knowledge about how to find the right place, I knew instantly that Rachel was was the one for me. She is honest and hands-on always helping to take the pressure off of a very nerve wracking time.
