Rachel is an energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable agent who knows the business very well. She is able to assess the clients needs and do EVERYTHING that is necessary to complete the transaction in a favourable way for the client. She is just a nice person who is a pleasure to work with!!!!!!!

Rachel's years of experience really shone through during our experience buying and selling our home. We simply followed all her instructions, and got 25K above asking - and she sold our home in one week! Throughout the process she was always available to answer any questions, helping us understand processes we were not very familiar with, and coordinating with other agents, buyers, our lawyers, and mortgage broker as needed to make sure everything moved forward without a hitch from end to end. This was our second time choosing Rachel as our agent, we've now bought two homes with her and sold one - when the time comes again, we will definitely be asking her to represent us once more.
