It was a pleasant, no-nonsense collaboration with Pete. He did his research on the house I was selling and has his ducks in a row. I was impressed by his on-line presence and marketing, and the ability to do paperwork quick and paperless. A good salesman and negotiator without the tired slick of so many realtors. He worked hard to sell my property with some pretty challenging buyers. Thanks Pete!

Pete is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable so we choose to use him as our realtor when listing our house and are so happy that we did! From our first meeting, Peter was accomodating, forthright, patient, and knowledgeable. Questions were not only well answered but invited. Details, explanations (through phone and text), and easy access with prompt return of calls helped immensely to ease the anxiety of such a major move. Throughout the process, his even, calm, and accepting demeanor made communication easy. Six stars would be a more accurate rating.
