It was a pleasant, no-nonsense collaboration with Pete. He did his research on the house I was selling and has his ducks in a row. I was impressed by his on-line presence and marketing, and the ability to do paperwork quick and paperless. A good salesman and negotiator without the tired slick of so many realtors.
