<p>When we decided to sell our condo, we realized that the Calgary market was very slow and it would be a tough challenge. We met with Peter Chapman to determine what his marketing plan would be and were very quickly put at ease that he knew the market well and could customize a plan for our property. Peter sent us a strategy that we liked and we listed the property and watched him put a good visual of the condo out for views by prospective buyers.We felt that Peter explored all avenues to find buyers and he even encouraged us to contact people we knew who may know potential buyers.</p> <p>We had numerous showings with good feedback. Peter was tracking comments to make sure that buyers were satisfied with the quality of the condo. We were out of the country when we received an offer but Peter was able to facilitate the processing of the offer with technology that allowed us to negotiate with the buyer while overseas. We reached an agreement with the buyer and settled on a price and possession date. At the eleventh hour the buyers decided to try and renegotiate the sale price. This is where Peter showed his experience, expertise and negotiating skills. We were able to close the deal and were pleased with the price based on the lack of activity in the market. Other condo owners in the building were amazed that we were able to sell.</p> <p>We were very happy with the quality of advice and services Peter offered, and feel he is a great communicator. We would use his services again in a heartbeat.</p>

<p>Pete helped me with the purchase of my new home and I could not have been more happy. I was so grateful for his involvement at every step from the initial showing all the way through possession. Pete was there as a second set of eyes and ears for all communications between me and the builder and provided great advice and suggestions. He showed up... he answered his phone and he made it really fun. I also managed to get my landscaping included and a $5k reduction in the purchase price despite the builder claiming the price was non-negotiable. Pete is now a friend and will definitely be referred to my friends.</p>

<p>Could not have asked for a better agent to work with! Not only he was knowledgable and honest, he was not pushy which was a huge point for me. When I was waiting to hear back on my mortgage, he repeatedly told me that he can get me an extesion and will do everything to make sure I get enough time to arrange my financing.</p> <p>He is very result oriented and he delivered.
