Pete was absolutely fantastic to work with. We sold my townhouse for 45K over the list price and 65K more than a property in the same complex that sold with another agent only 1 month earlier. Pete knew exactly what to do to maximize the exposure of my townhouse and what to do inside to make sure it sold for the most possible. He ran national social media advertising with a pre-listing ad and hosted an open house that pulled in the buyer. We had 5 offers on the property and Pete negotiated the best possible outcome. I could not believe the results... This was actually my 2nd time working with Pete as he helped sell my Mother's house in Lakeview a couple of years ago. Pete has become a good friend and is now helping my son buy his first home. I absolutely have no hesitation recommending Pete for anyone looking to buy or sell in the Calgary area.

This is the second time we used Pete Chapman to sell a house for us, the first was in Tuscany and this last house was an acreage in Bearspaw. Pete was amazing with everything, he took the time to be sure he fully understood the construction of the home, which I did my self to very high standards and not the typical house construction materials. He helped out with lawyers for completion and some trades to fix a couple deficient items. He basically looked after everything since I had moved out of the province before the sale happened. His knowledge of the Calgary real estate market and all of his marketing skills helped get us top dollar for our acreage property. Thanks again Pete!
