<p>My husband and I contacted Peter to sell a property, at the time we were concerned that the market in Calgary had slumped and that it may be difficult to sell. When Peter met with us he presented all the market research in a clear, professional layout that made it easy to understand and decide on a marketing strategy.</p> <p>My husband and I had a presentation from another realtor, but it just did not measure up to the quality and professionalism of Peter’s.</p> <p>Peter help us ensure the property was presentable for showing and when we listed the property we had offers right away and were able to quickly close a deal at a price we were hoping for. Peter was always available to answer our questions and deal with all issues as they arose. <p>I've known Peter in a personal capacity for many years but never used him as a realtor. We had gone in on a real estate deal with another agent but felt we needed someone knew to sell the property.</p> <p>Peter's market savvy and professional presentation clearly beat out all other agents. <p>We built a new home for my father in Chestermere and Pete did a great job of managing the process all the way through. We made the home into a special care facility with 4 beds and had to have an elevator installed both in the garage and in the house itself. Peter found us an elevator company and then coordinated the whole project with the builder. He kept excellent records and made sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to. Pete also managed to get a portion of the developed basement included into our initial asking price which effectively paid for the garage elevator. We moved in on time and the place is working out great. We have already recommended Pete and we will be using him again in the future.</p>
