My husband and I are fairly new to Canada and buying our first home within a year of arriving was both ambitious and daunting. But once we caught a hold of Pete, everything went by seamlessly. What we appreciate most about Pete is his honesty - he would take the time to explain to us why we should not be buying something for the money we're investing. In this seller's market, we didn't think we'd find anything we loved in our budget but he asked us to trust him with 10 days. And lo and behold, in 10 days we found our dream home in the best of locations at the absolute best price! We 100% recommend Pete to anyone new to the country or buying a house for the first time.

Went above and beyond in certain aspects in our purchase that you wouldnt expect a real estate to go through. Very knowledgeable about Calgary's areas and accomodated us fully to our situation and needs. As we were moving out of province he made our move less stressful and answered any questions we had quickly.
