This is the second time that we have used Patrick. He spent a lot of time - very patient - helping us find this house 17 years ago, and now he helped us to sell it. He was very prompt in coming when we asked him to evaluate it before we actually needed to list, and when we found another home (outside the city) and needed to sell quickly, he listed our home within a few days. He knows the market, so there is no guesswork in determining a listing price, which means less haggling when the offers come in. The video and pics that he arranged were super - made us wonder why we were selling such a gorgeous property!? We found Patrick on YouTube when we were looking to buy our home in Edmonton, and we don't regret at all after we decided to work with him. We bought out of province, and Patrick will occasionally visit the property for us after closing to make sure everything was still ok and would even clear the snow for us.
