Where to begin! We moved to Edmonton from BC on July 20th. We were looking for Edmonton realtors and came across one of Patrick's YouTube videos. He seemed like he might be a good fit for my husband and I to work together with. We were not wrong. Wow, super friendly, super patient, very informative, very knowledgeable about the area, very responsive to questions. As you can imagine, we had many questions, and Patrick patiently and diligently answered every one. Once we had our long list of homes to look at, Patrick blocked off two days for us when we arrived to view them. Drove all day from house to house, and back for a second viewing of the house we ultimately purchased (and love!!). Everything from the first phone call to closing day was seamless. Patrick has helped us three times over the last 20 years. Each time he has been professional, patient and we have had a lot of fun planning our next home. This transaction did not go smoothly not because of anything that Patrick or we did. He was amazing at helping us to stay calm and to figure out the next course of action. Without his assistance we might have given up but we are truly happy in our new home. If we ever move again, we will be calling Patrick.

Patrick is the best realtor, hands down. For me, as a buyer from Ontario, it is difficult to purchase a property in Alberta, and Patrick made the process so easy because he was there to support end to end. From the beginning of contacting him, he was very honest, and informative, and took his time reviewing the listings I gave him and providing his expert opinion. When I went to Edmonton, he made himself available for two full days to accompany me to see all the houses from my shortlist located in all corners of Edmonton. He has always been very patient, and a good listener even when I changed my requirements. Not just as a realtor, the characteristics Patrick showed should be ideal for any human being. He's always there for his clients, even after the closing. Since I couldn't be present in Edmonton at the time of possession, Patrick went above and beyond to make sure things are done perfectly. He takes good care of his clients and keeps his word. Moreover, he has great recommendations for lawyers, home inspectors, insurance providers, etc. I can't be grateful enough for his service. For such an amazing person like him, 5-star is not just enough!
