This was my second time using Patrick as a realtor! He helped me buy my home in Edmonton and he helped my parents sell theirs. He is simply the best. He is knowledgeable, kind, resourceful, patient, always on top of things and always ready to help you get what you want and need. I WILL use him again and highly recommend him.
