We recently moved from Vancouver to Edmonton and were not able to be present to view the properties, so Patrick arranged for virtual viewings and we were able to successfully navigate a purchase of our new home. Twelve years ago, my dad bought his first home in Edmonton with Patrick. This year he sold the same home and purchased a condo upon retiring. We contacted him as well as several other agents and immediately he stood out from the others with the very in depth and professional market analysis that he provided us with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and presented himself in a very professional manner. Within a couple of days, our properties were listed including professional photos and video. Our properties were further complicated by having separate partners per suite as well as tenants who needed notice to move out. Patrick was able to successfully juggle all of the people involved in these 2 properties and managed to present a calmness and professionalism which we appreciated as we were quite overwhelmed ourselves with all the details. His communication with us was excellent (via phone, texting, emails) and he made himself available to us any time we needed him.
