Twelve years ago, my dad bought his first home in Edmonton with Patrick. This year he sold the same home and purchased a condo upon retiring. I also bought my first condo and decided to hire Patrick as my dad was so pleased with buying and selling with him! From start to finish Patrick provided me with wonderful expertise, knowledge, and patience. The process was stressful at times and Patrick helped me so much. He provided amazing referrals from the lawyer, home inspector, mortgage broker, and floor installer. I cannot emphasize how pleased and thankful I am to Patrick! I strongly recommend him to any and everyone! He went above and beyond and is hands down the best realtor!

We highly recommend Patrick Fields for all of your real estate needs. My husband and I wanted to sell both of our rental properties at the same time so we started our realtor search and were impressed with the rave reviews that Patrick received on “Rate my Agent.com” (rated as the number 1 realtor.) We contacted him as well as several other agents and immediately he stood out from the others with the very in depth and professional market analysis that he provided us with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and presented himself in a very professional manner. Within a couple of days, our properties were listed including professional photos and video. Our properties were further complicated by having separate partners per suite as well as tenants who needed notice to move out. Patrick was able to successfully juggle all of the people involved in these 2 properties and managed to present a calmness and professionalism which we appreciated as we were quite overwhelmed ourselves with all the details. His communication with us was excellent (via phone, texting, emails) and he made himself available to us any time we needed him. Where to begin! We moved to Edmonton from BC on July 20th. We were looking for Edmonton realtors and came across one of Patrick's YouTube videos. He seemed like he might be a good fit for my husband and I to work together with. We were not wrong. Wow, super friendly, super patient, very informative, very knowledgeable about the area, very responsive to questions. As you can imagine, we had many questions, and Patrick patiently and diligently answered every one. Once we had our long list of homes to look at, Patrick blocked off two days for us when we arrived to view them. Drove all day from house to house, and back for a second viewing of the house we ultimately purchased (and love!!). Everything from the first phone call to closing day was seamless. Patrick has helped us three times over the last 20 years. Each time he has been professional, patient and we have had a lot of fun planning our next home. This transaction did not go smoothly not because of anything that Patrick or we did. He was amazing at helping us to stay calm and to figure out the next course of action.
