Patrick is the realtor you are looking for! He had the patience and expertise I needed when looking for the right house. We must have looked at almost 40 houses before a decision was made! He was always there with good advice, not wanting us to buy something that wasn't 'just right'. I have been passing his name on to others. A true sign of the trust and integrity needed is that I now have encouraged my daughter to call Patrick to buy her first home.
