My wife and I live in Toronto. When we decided to move to Edmonton, we started looking for a realtor. That's when we came across Patrick's youtube videos. His videos are a great tool to understand the entirely process of buying a property. After talking to him on the phone I knew he was the right person to help us. From day one Patrick has shown to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He made our experience of buying our first property in Canada super smooth and enjoyable. Patrick was recommended to us from a friend local to Edmonton. Coming from BC, we were not familiar with the area and which location would suit us best. My spouse and I first found Patrick through one of his YouTube tutorials. It was very good and it convinced us to contact him. In our dealings with Patrick, we found him to be pleasant, trustworthy, reliable, very helpful and thorough. He made our buying experience easy and smooth.

If she trusted him to help her buy a house from so far away, we knew he must be good. Patrick was so helpful! We contacted him before we were ready to buy just to get an idea of what the market looked like. He helped set us up with his website that automatically showed us homes meeting our specifications. This helped us take a look at the market and figure out what we could afford and what our goals should be. He was happy to show us homes that caught our interest, even though we weren't set on buying yet. He wasn't pushy and was really knowledgeable about what we should look for in a house.
