Nooran is a straightforward communicator and gets to business very efficiently and effectively. She also shows compassion and understanding for our everyday struggles and therefore, has a reasonable expectation on what to set as deadlines and also on the timeframes of showing the house. Nooran is very knowledgeable of neighbourhoods (my experience is the south side of Edmonton) and helped us find the right home for our family, even after I took her into neighbourhoods and homes that weren't really right for us. Nooran is a fair person and will guide you into the right offer and price you should pay for your new home. She also helped me sell my old home and was reasonable and practicable about the value and the best approach to getting it sold at a fair price within a reasonable timeframe. Her staging guidelines were also helpful - she knows what is appealing to buyers and will not ask you to do any silly renovations. In fact, she didn't expect any renovations for our old home.

Selling my house in the current market in Edmonton was one of the hardest things I have done, but it definitely would not have been possible without Nooran. She was patient, had a great sense of the market, always honest, and a masterful negotiator. I sold my condo at a good price. Thank you Nooran.
