We would like to express our deepest appreciation of Michael’s work in the purchase of our new house. We initially required his services 4 years ago when it was time to sell our house in Kingston. Back then, he knew how to put our house on the spot with potential buyers, therefore, he got it sold quickly and at a competitive price. A few months ago, we learned that we would have to move back to Kingston due to a work transfer and Michael’s professionalism, dynamism and interpersonal skills made our choice very easy when we had to choose a real estate agent. Buying a house is an important transaction and can be very stressful... and with the COVID-19 limitations, let’s say it was even more disquieting! Just imagine how it is to buy a house you can’t visit! It was definitely our biggest online purchase ever! However, since Michael had already earned our trust, he found us interesting houses on the market, often before being listed on MLS, and did showings on our behalf via facetime. Knowing exactly what we were looking for, Michael has been very honest, he gave us tips when it was time to consider or not an offer, and because of his professional eye and personal contribution, he made our first and only bid successful. Thanks Michael, we will never forget you for that! Our family has now found a new place to call home! He helped us buy a house while we are still on lockdown in the USA! He did FaceTime to show us the house and worked with all the inspectors for us then FaceTimed us for the diagnoses.</p>

Best home buying experience in 6 home purchases - and we bought this home sight unseen (Internet search and FaceTime tour), from outside the country! Michael is trustworthy, responsive, honest, transparent, intelligent, strategic, thoughtful, thorough, great knowledge base of housing market/basic construction/repairs, well-connected with local business people and contractors to offer good services and advice. Patient, not pushy, listens and applies clients comments. We are currently looking for a second property with Michael.
