Michael helped my wife and I purchase a home as first time home buyers and we could not have been happier with the service provided. Through the many, MANY house viewings we requested to see we finally found our perfect home. His insight into renovations and rental units was invaluable while searching for our ideal property. We experienced a few bumps during the negotiation process which Michael expertly helped us navigate and find the solutions to close the deal. Before closing we had several house visits (home inspection, contractor estimates etc) which sometimes were several hours long where Michael was great company to discuss home, family, really anything to pass the time.
