As first-time home buyers, we reached out to Michael to begin our search. During my first interaction with him, he was not only extremely easy to talk to, he took the time to answer question without me ever feeling like I was keeping him. Once we began our search, there was consistent dialog / support. As our search criteria evolved, he was an active part in making suggestions and explaining the reasoning. As far as viewings went, he was extremely accommodating to our schedule. When it was time to put in an offer was by far the most helpful aspect of this experience. Not only was he a man with a plan, he communicated that plan to us and gave us scenarios making the process that much more predictable and less stressful. We put our trust in his judgement and it paid off. After getting an accepted offer, he walked us through the entire process of waiving conditions, made recommendations for service providers, etc. He was by our side answering questions, cracking jokes, and sharing stories the whole time. From the beginning to pictures with the sold sign, his communication and attitude was professional, personable, and consistent. Being first time home buyers has been a roller-coaster to say the least; thankfully, we had Michael to strap us in.

Michael's grasp on all necessary things dealing with the sale of a property could not be surpassed by any other agent only equaled. The speed at which the sale went through was quite amazing to my wife and I. I would use his services at anytime buying or selling. Thankyou Michael
