Michael was able to put in an offer and have it accepted within 4 hours of the property being listed. He was able to negotiate a fair price and solidify the purchase of my dream home. He’s available 24/7 for his clients and had clear communication while explaining the process of purchasing our home. He showed me as many houses as necessary in the search for my home. He was patient and understanding in the process of searching and was on top of the market to tell me when appropriate homes were listed for me to consider.
