He helped us buy a house while we are still on lockdown in the USA! He did FaceTime to show us the house and worked with all the inspectors for us then FaceTimed us for the diagnoses.</p>

Best home buying experience in 6 home purchases - and we bought this home sight unseen (Internet search and FaceTime tour), from outside the country! Michael is trustworthy, responsive, honest, transparent, intelligent, strategic, thoughtful, thorough, great knowledge base of housing market/basic construction/repairs, well-connected with local business people and contractors to offer good services and advice. Patient, not pushy, listens and applies clients comments. We are currently looking for a second property with Michael.
