<p><br /> In our case, I was helping my elderly mother sell her condo in the Pointe Grey neighbourhood of Vancouver so she could move into a senior's home closer to family in Ontario. Mom had met Mark at an Open House in the neighbourhood and liked him. As I live in Calgary, my initial dealings with Mark were all via email but based on Mom's character assessment and his web site, we agreed to list her condo with Mark.</p> <p>I first met Mark face to face when my wife and I came out to Vancouver the week before Mom's move. Mark helped us establish an appropriate asking price, as well as arranging to have the condo "staged". The Open Houses were all conducted after we had left Vancouver but it did not take long for offers to come in and the condo to sell. We were pleased with the price we received, and the professionalism shown by Mark. Despite us being out of town, the transaction went very smoothly.</p> <p>We would have no hesitation on recommending Mark as a realtor.</p>

Mark was very pro-active, and trust worthy for the two occasions we bought and sold our home. He always gave sound advice that my wife and I felt were in our best interest, and gave us confidence that through his experience we’d get the best dealing selling our home, but just as importantly finding a new home in a really competitive market.
