We experienced Mark Longpre's expertise in both buying and selling our condo. He was very good at communicating and advising us about price, conditions and possibilities. He was dependable in all respects. If we are ever going to buy or sell a property again in Vancouver, we would certainly consult with him first. He willingly took the responsibility for details we were unable to look after, such as getting keys and dealing with the property manager and the auctioneer who disposed of our furniture. We would highly recommend his services to anyone. A very capable and diligent man!
