Mark gave excellent advice to get our condo ready for sale. He marketed the condo very well showing photographs of the various rooms and then doing some virtual staging of some of them. This was a great idea as the condo was an older one and it showed the potential of the condo. Mark is an excellent communicator and provided detailed reporting after open houses. If you have a complicated situation, like we did with construction going on right outside the balcony sliding door, I recommend Mark. He helped us navigate the complexities! I was very pleased with his professionalism and highly recommend him.
