Mark has been spectacular since the very beginning! My partner and I were moving cities and we were referred to Mark. Our introduction started out over phone calls and emails but even then Mark was professional, timely in his responses, knew the market and started searching for properties right away. He understood our needs and was able to setup showings during the covid-19 pandemic and was well prepared with extra masks and gloves. Mark supported us through the negotiations and was right by our side through subject removals always keeping our best interests in mind. Even with a signed deal, Mark continues his communication to ensure all aspects of the deal go a smoothly as possible. There is no doubt that we would recommend Mark to our family and friends.
