My wife and I really enjoyed working with Mark during the course of selling our condo at UBC. Mark patiently guided us through the process from our initial decision making all the way to the completion of the sale. Mark is knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time creating professional photos and an outstanding virtual tour of our condo which was a huge help in getting the attention of potential buyers. He patiently managed many showings and open houses over the course of a few months and guided us with proper preparation of our condo for the best possible presentation. He did a great job negotiating with potential buyers and their agents and ultimately manged to get us a very good sale price on our condo even though the market was slower than average. We strongly recommend Mark for all real estate related needs and we are still working with him towards finding our next home.

Helped us sell our condo for a great price, and guided us through the process during the Covid-19 crisis. If he can do that for us at this terrible time, I can only imagine how good he would be during a regular housing market.

Mark is my favourite agent in town. I tell you why. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and fun to work with. He found me my perfect condo in the location I wanted and with the price I could afford. He is very diligent when it comes to pricing negotiations and also due diligence. I would definitely buy the next property with him.

It is extremely difficult to find anything to criticize about Mark. I have used him on 8 transactions and have never been disappointed. The man is a superb professional who works hard to get the job done right. I have used other realtors in the past, and they simply can't touch Mark's standards. If I needed to identify a flaw in Mark, it would be that he works too hard. Sometimes, I worry that he'll burn himself out on my behalf. Having said that, as long as he's a realtor, I will continue to use Mark - I can't imagine using another realtor.
