My wife and myself have hired Mark for purchasing 2 properties and selling one. The last was in Covid with a tenant. Mark with his great demeanor and professionalism did not have one issue. Mark knows his market and is well connected. Mark had other agents reaching out to their buyers and sellers immediately and produced quick results.
