<p>The house sold was a lot value tear down so there weren't many variables to negotiate. It also listed at the start of Covid-19. However, Mark was very attentive and took the sale seriously. He was always ahead of new with updates and I felt well informed when decisions were needed.</p>

Mark was an incredible asset for the recent sale of my property in Point Grey. Real estate is different now with the changes in our world and Mark knows how to successfully navigate the market and make it work effectively for the buyer and the seller. I would highly recommend him and am so happy with the outcome of my transaction.
