This was our first time to sell a house and we used a realtor that was highly recommended by a close friend. Larry was consistent and lived up to the many good reviews online and expectations our friend told us about. Larry was straight to the point and never said anything just to please us. He never gave a false hope, but when he said, "your house is going to get an offer soon", he meant it. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local market, a very good negotiator, and fair to both the buyer and the seller. He guided us through each step and got us involved in every decisions we had to make. I would definitely recommend Larry to other people planning to buy or sell their house. I, myself, would work with Larry again if I were to sell another house in the future. Thank you Larry and your team for a job well done!

This is the second time Larry worked with us. First time was when we sold our old home and now we were fortunate to get his help again to find 2 rental properties in the city. Larry is very knowledgeable on all aspects and his advice always makes sense. Very quick to respond/return the calls and messages no matter the time of day. He is all the time ahead of the game and ready to act. We only hope he keeps doing what he does for many more years so we can get the chance to work with him again!
