As 2nd time home buyers but new to the community & province Larry was incredibly professional and supportive through the entire home buying process. In an industry where TRUST and INTEGRITY are essential we can truly say that we 100% trusted Larry because of his honesty and dedication he put into his job and role as a realtor. When our home buying process faced challenges caused by the poor integrity, communication and lack of professionalism by another realtor, Larry went above and beyond to not only communicate to us how things should progress but he also protected our interests when we needed it the most. We were purchasing our property while living in another province so had a very short time frame in selection and offering on a property. Larry & Sherry through the whole process were 100% incredibly reliable, honest and trustworthy. In an industry like real - estate there are a lot of shady characters out there that you wonder if they are actually being truthful to you and have your best interest in mind, where we had full confidence in what Larry and Sherry presented to us and how they conducted their business!

Larry did an excellent job in selling our townhouse in a market that was very much based on the buyers side of things. Although we would have like a higher sales price, we were also in the position that we needed a quick sale. Larry was able to get the price we had expected to receive and was excellent in getting all the necessary documentation completed. The sale closed within the time frame we were looking for. This is the second time we have used Larry in selling a property for us and if required, we would use him if we have any more transactions to be done and would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent real estate agent.

Larry showed us that he was a very well-seasoned professional, with a variety of purchasing strategies he has honed over the years. He showed us a variety of condos and townhomes we researched and his assistant researched some others that matched what we were looking for. We selected an inner-city apartment/condo that met our needs. Larry was very good at negotiating the purchase price and subsequently a further reduction on the purchase price based on the findings of the condo review. He was always available when we called or texted, and if he was tied up on a call he would phone back right away. It was a very good experience and we would highly recommend Larry as a realtor for any seller or purchaser.

Larry did a great job for us. We were on a tight time line moving to Calgary from a different market. We were able to see numerous listings in our price range and once we made our decision, he negotiated an extremely good deal for us. Larry also set up good contractor to finish our basement and do the fencing to complete the back yard. Very prompt at dealing with any of our concerns with us not being in the province.
