Larry was fantastic to work with. He was on time, offered excellent advice, listened and proposed alternatives (needed to be given the authority by us to do so which was very professional in my opinion) where it was needed. He laid out the plans and executed them flawlessly. I like to consider myself very quick to respond and expect the same - Larry did not disappoint. Since we were on a very tight schedule, he had his assistant drive the car which freed him up to talk, execute plans, make any last-minute changes etc. - but also showed his attention to detail and ensure he gave my wife and I his full attention. This worked beautifully. Larry knew the areas like the back of his hand so we didn't waste any time with directions. He listened acutely to the discussions my wife and I had with respect to our wants/needs/likes/dislikes and very quickly and easily narrowed the options. Since we had >30 houses to view, his coaching on how to discard/keep choices was instrumental in helping us make a decision. An area I would have appreciated a bit more guidance was preparing the offer - was not a big deal but this would have given a unanimous rating of 5 across the board. Bottom line - I would highly recommend Larry for anyone relocating to Calgary. I would not give it a second thought. Best Realtor experience I've had (and I've had a lot).

Definately recommend to anyone who is in buyer's market or seller's market. Larry and his team will be your best bet. With his professionlism and outstanding work ethics, your investments and return will be maximized.

Larry was incredibly helpful with the sale of our house in a very difficult market. His knowledge and experience helped to calm our fears about this sale. Our situation, unfortunately, turned out to be a difficult one as the buyers attempted to pull out of the deal on the day of possession after all paperwork and contracts were signed. They were eventually forced by legal means to fulfill the contract. Larry, being the consummate professional that he is, went above and beyond normal expectations of a realtor in this situation, and made himself completely available to our legal team. He communicated with us daily, responding immediately to any concerns we had. We would not hesitate to recommend Larry to anyone trying to sell their home, as we’ve used him twice now, and have been happy with the results each time. This market is tough on those trying to sell their home, and those in the industry, but with someone like Larry to guide you, it makes it easier.

Larry is such an outstanding realtor. I first met Larry 10 years ago in my search for my very first property. I was young, energetic and probably willing to buy the first thing I saw. Larry calmed me down, went over my needs and wants list and helped me to find the perfect place. He educated me on condos, townhomes, attached and detached houses and the benefits of each. He showed me areas, amenities important to me and made me feel comfortable with the decision. When it came time to offer, Larry handled the negotiations seamlessly.
