Our family had used Larry in an Estate home sale and he preformed fantastic. When we needed an agent to help us buy a condo, we chose Larry and were very pleased with the result. Once we picked the property, Larry steered is easily thru the negotiations part and we came to an agreement with the seller. Larry assisted us with the legal part and answered any questions we had. The purchase went as well as it possibly could with Larry's help. We recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a property.

Larry is a fantastic realtor. Really gets to k ow his clients and what they want from a house. He made buying a house a very easy process compared to our previous realtor. He was always able to meet us when we were available. His negotiation skills are incredible. He got a tough seller to agree to our offer, but he didn’t stop there. He renegotiated to have the seller complete a few minor repairs on the house before we move in. 10/10!!! Larry’s the best!

As first time home buyers, Larry was our saving grace. After a previous poor experience with an inexperienced realtor, we had almost given up hope on buying a home. After meeting Larry, we quickly knew he was "our guy" and trusted that he'd have us in our dream home in no time. Larry was so great to work with and always made us feel he had our best interests at heart. Larry was always on time (usually early!), communicated promptly and professionally, and always gave great advice on the properties we were viewing. Larry is very honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable about homes in all aspects - from proper building structure and code, to how to spot quality renovations versus DIY disasters and the current trends in the ever-changing Calgary market. Larry was always enthusiastic, and helped us purchase our dream home while dealing with a tricky and stubborn seller. He negotiated things into our final contract that we didn't even think of asking for, based on the home inspection. Larry has an eye for details - and he doesn't miss anything! I would trust Larry with absolutely any real estate deal in the future, and will recommend him to absolutely everyone. Larry is also very LGBT friendly and supportive, and never made my wife or I feel like we deserved anything less than the best service possible. Thank you Larry for finding us our dream home!

Larry Normandeau was amazing throughout the whole process of selling our two houses and the purchase of our dream home. We couldn't have achieved what we did without him.
