Over my lifetime I have purchased 11 homes and sold 10. That has provided me with what I consider as a reasonable amount of experience with the process. It has also exposed me to a lot of different realtors. I have learned that they are NOT anywhere near equal. The level of market knowledge, market reach, ability to close the deal, customer service and over all professionalism varies greatly. After 9 homes purchased and 8 homes sold with just as many realtors involved. I was still looking for a realtor that met my standards and results driven approach to life. That is when Larry Normandeau was recommended to me. Wow… what a great find. Larry has now sold 2 homes for me and put me in 2. I would not even consider calling anyone else. Larry is a very personable, no nonsense guy with great communications skills, who knows how to prepare, price and market a home so it will sell in a reasonable amount of time without giving it away. He is just as skilled on the purchase side too. I have always been more than pleased with the price Larry was able to negotiate when selling and purchasing. Larry has exceeded my expectations on all levels. You cannot go wrong working with him.

We listed a home in December and Larry was honest and factual about the timing of the listing, and what to expect. It took several months to sell and throughout the process, Larry was in regular communication with us. He listened when we had concerns and had reasonable recommendations regarding the listing price and the current market. When we received an offer, Larry negotiated fairly and the sale was closed in record time. Larry is a very approachable, honest and professional individual.

Over the past 14 years has helped myself and my family sell and purchase homes in and around Calgary.Our last home, we were away and Larry did a video chat and walked us threw the house, which for us was perfect... we flew home and purchased the house 2 days later and then put our other home on the market and sold it in a couple of days.
