We had the pleasure of working with Kimberly Graham (and her assistant, Alanna) for the past couple months. Our move was quite stressful because it was a cross country relocation with the military so there are some special factors involved. This was our first time selling a house and it couldn't have gone better. From the planning, to the cleaning and staging, to the scheduling of viewings, to dealing with the offers, Kimberly was in our corner the whole time. Kimberly took the time to answer all our questions (and there were many) and was always available when we needed her. Not only did she have excellent communication skills and was very professional, she was also super easy going and made us feel like we were all in this together. I would recommend her 100 times over, especially to anyone relocating with the military. It was totally bittersweet when things wrapped up because we will miss her and her team very much!

Kimberly has been a true joy to work with as we found our first house. We took 6 months to find one, and in that whole time, Kimberly has been an awesome teammate. Her strengths include being highly client focused, and she will never push you if you're uncomfortable or rush you. She takes back feedback well and altered her approach to match our style and character. My husband and I are a couple who ask TONS of questions and evaluate everything carefully, she was fantastic in being respectful to us and gosh, I know it takes a lot of patience with my husband and I sometimes when making decisions. Having Kim as my real estate agent was a total 5 star experience! It was my first time selling I definitely was intimidated before hiring her. She took her time to explain everything to me, let me ask all the questions, never made me feel judged or silly and truly helping make my selling experience so much better then I ever imagined.
