We loved working with Kim. She has been our favourite real estate agent by far...and we’ve had a few over the years. She is the kind of person who makes you feel like your talking to an old friend even if it’s your first time meeting. If we had questions, I don’t think we ever waited for more that 10 minutes for an answer from her. She gets the stress that people feel when buying and selling houses and she was super supportive throughout our process. She had our house sold in 5 days with multiple offers to chose from. Her knowledge of Edmonton and surrounding areas is second to none. We have, and will continue to recommend her to our friends and family.

Kimberly is an excellent REALTOR she knows her stuff! Our purchase encountered a few hiccups but she never let us down - she always had our back! We experienced a few issues in terms of safety issues prior to the deal closing and she was quick to ensure they were resolved. Even after our sale was completed, a tax payment issue had arose and she was ready and willing to help us tackle this as well. When attempting to sell a property in a challenging market and one where people were making the process difficult I never once felt alone or like I couldn't confide in her expertise to compose a solid plan of action. Kimberly goes above and beyond when it comes to dealing with her clients. I have referred several family members and close friends to her when they are seeking a REALTOR - and will always continue to do so!

Our recent experience with Kimberly was wonderful, from the beginning to the end. One of Kimberly's assets, she is a GREAT listener of the client needs and wants, as a result there is NOT a lot of wasted time looking at properties that is a maybe. The homes selected for viewing was on our need and want list, and the result was very satisfying. On possession day my spouse was a bit unhappy that the home wasn't cleaned to her standards and Kimberly sprung into action, arranged for a cleaning the next day. To me, that was outstanding service. I would definitely use and recommend Kimberly Graham to anyone looking to BUY or SELL a home in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Kim was SO helpful guiding us through the selling process in a tough market. As first time sellers, we were not too sure what to expect and we had a lot of questions! We were always able to get ahold of her when we needed something and we trusted her advice. She provides valuable advice based on her experience, but also allows you to make the right decisions for yourself and fully supports those decisions. We went through a lengthy negotiation period, but Kim was always supportive and positive, and we felt she really worked to bring everyone to an agreement. She is friendly and approachable, and we would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking to sell their home.

Kimberley you took this experience and made it the least stressful, full of knowledge, support and a fountain of information, that is truly important to someone moving from another province. You made each day an adventure and took the time to get a feel of everyone’s needs and wants. I will be forever grateful for all the extras that you did for us without even being asked, you are extremely organized and ready for any road blocks that could occur. Kimberly was challenged as my husband and I had different expectations. She took us to various homes that appealed to one of us but not the other.
