<p>Kimberly was a joy to work with in buying my new home. She was attentive to my needs and also gave me additional information in buying a home in Edmonton since I was new to the city. Any questions I had for Kimberly were always answered in a timely manner even if my emails or texts were sent late at night Kimberly got back to me quickly. There was never a problem in setting up a schedule to visit prospective homes as Kimberly was on top of her work and made this process easy and always fun.<br /> I would definitely recommend Kimberly to my friends and family. Her friendly and easygoing personality made buying my new home a pleasant experience.</p>

She even cautioned us on the home we purchased to make sure we understood what buying into a townhouse complex could mean (specifically because our condo information had some red flags). In the end my husband and I made our decision, considered all information and have been very happy with our decision. She stood by our decision and has still been there for me when I have had questions on things with little things. Amazing follow through and such a knowledgeable realtor!</p>

She responded to our late night emails promptly and created a safe and comfortable open line of communication right from the beginning. We enjoyed working with Kimberly and always appreciated her great sense of humour and outlook even when the process was getting us down! <p>Kim was so patient with us when trying to look at houses. Our first deal fell through and we waited a couple months to start looking again, and as soon as we were ready she was right back in with us. Really flexible and worked really well with our schedules. Her knowledge is great, as first time homebuyers, she made the experience really easy and painless.</p>
