Kimberly was great to work with- friendly, professional, and patient- we looked at over 40 properties before we found one we loved! Kimberly handled the negotiations like a pro, and when a problem came up with the home inspection, Kimberly contacted the city, and the other realtor, and was successful in negotiating a win/win solution. I would readily recommend Kimberly to anyone that needs a realtor.

Kimberly was fantastic! She is friendly and professional. When we started looking for a house, we weren't sure what we wanted, and I think we ended up looking at over 45 properties until we found one we loved. Kimberly was patient, booking showings at all of those properties, plus she made great suggestions and helped us narrow down what we were looking for until we found the right property. Once we decided what we wanted, Kimberly was great with the negotiations, especially after a problem was discovered in the home inspection. She contacted the city, and the other realtor, and we were able to come up with a win/win solution.

Kimberly was phenomenal to work with. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and had a thousand questions. Kimberly was kind and patient with us. She eased our minds with her incredible knowledge and easygoing personality. She quickly got to know us and what we were looking for in a home. We loved that she encouraged our honesty when looking at houses but also appreciated that she often knew what we were thinking before we said anything. She was flexible with our schedules and quick with communication. Above all else, she clearly has a passion for her work which makes being her clients all the more of a special and gratifying experience.

Kimberly was an excellent source of knowledge and helped us get to know the amenities and great spots in the Edmonton area to check out. We were new to the province and she was able to relate the neighborhoods and locations to places we knew or could understand. Definitely a great realtor!
