<p>Kimberley was well prepared and made sure we saw comparable properties before we bought our home so we would be sure we were making the right choices!<br /> She was in close contact with us throughout the entire house purchasing process and that made things less stressful. I would call on Kimberly again and would comfortably refer her to my friends and family.</p>

<p>Kim was very thorough with everything from beginning to end. She even cautioned us on the home we purchased to make sure we understood what buying into a townhouse complex could mean (specifically because our condo information had some red flags). In the end my husband and I made our decision, considered all information and have been very happy with our decision. She stood by our decision and has still been there for me when I have had questions on things with little things. Amazing follow through and such a knowledgeable realtor!</p>

Kimberly worked with us to learn the process of buying a home and with her expertise, the process was seamless process from start to finish. Working with a pesky builder, she went out of her way to make the experience positive through her attentiveness, ability to represent us professionally, and to mitigate hassles. Her dedication to her career is evident through her efficiency, knowledge, and enthusiasm. She responded to our late night emails promptly and created a safe and comfortable open line of communication right from the beginning. We enjoyed working with Kimberly and always appreciated her great sense of humour and outlook even when the process was getting us down! We would definitely recommend Kimberly to friends, family, and neighbours.</p>

<p>Kim was so patient with us when trying to look at houses. Our first deal fell through and we waited a couple months to start looking again, and as soon as we were ready she was right back in with us. Really flexible and worked really well with our schedules. Her knowledge is great, as first time homebuyers, she made the experience really easy and painless.</p>

<p>Our daughter purchased a new home in Edmonton recently . We didn't have an agent in Edmonton but decided to contact Juli off of the Remax website. We met at a restaurant and found her and her partner Kimberly to be well organized and professional . They were very good at narrowing down what we were looking for and pleasant to deal with. The benefit of working with this agent is that between the two of them they seem to be available for any time of the day as they split the day between them, which is a benefit when you are purchasing from out of town. They both worked very hard and we closed a deal on the perfect property . I would highly recommend these agents and felt they were very knowledgeable of the market and helped guide us to our daughters purchase.</p>
