Our recent experience with Kimberly was wonderful, from the beginning to the end. One of Kimberly's assets, she is a GREAT listener of the client needs and wants, as a result there is NOT a lot of wasted time looking at properties that is a maybe. The homes selected for viewing was on our need and want list, and the result was very satisfying. On possession day my spouse was a bit unhappy that the home wasn't cleaned to her standards and Kimberly sprung into action, arranged for a cleaning the next day. To me, that was outstanding service. I would definitely use and recommend Kimberly Graham to anyone looking to BUY or SELL a home in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Kim was SO helpful guiding us through the selling process in a tough market. As first time sellers, we were not too sure what to expect and we had a lot of questions! We were always able to get ahold of her when we needed something and we trusted her advice. She provides valuable advice based on her experience, but also allows you to make the right decisions for yourself and fully supports those decisions. We went through a lengthy negotiation period, but Kim was always supportive and positive, and we felt she really worked to bring everyone to an agreement. She is friendly and approachable, and we would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking to sell their home.

Kimberly was challenged as my husband and I had different expectations. She took us to various homes that appealed to one of us but not the other. Kimberly is AMAZING!! We are Military and had 6 days to find a home in Edmonton, the agent we were suppose to see was a no show. We found Kimberly by accident/FATE! It was Canada Day weekend and she fit us in and helped us out SO MUCH! It is very stressful having such a short time to find a HOME not just a house. Kimberly was so great with us, she knew just what to ask in order to help us find what we were looking for. We have had many Real-estate agents over the years and have NEVER HAD ONE SO WONDERFUL!
