Ken was extremely helpful and managed to get us our dream aparment at a much lower price than the listing price. We are so happy with our new home and definitely recommend Ken to anyone looking to buy. We weren't very knowledgeable about real estate at all and he explained everything and keep very good communication with us. In addition, Ken helped my boyfriend in the past to buy his first aparment and then helped him sell it as well, he managed to sell it in the first day of the open house at the exact price we needed. He's super professional, organized and always on top of things.
