I’m Ken Hu, a Richmond, BC real estate agent and educator who helps millennial buyers, growing families, and downsizing seniors make smart moves with confidence.

As an immigrant who came to Canada over 30 years ago and has lived in Richmond for more than 15 years, I’ve personally gone from renting to a condo, then a townhouse, and finally a house for my own family. I understand the fears around overpaying, timing a sale and purchase, and navigating local rules — especially for Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking families from Taiwan, Hong Kong, and across Asia.

**I studied at McMaster University and completed further studies at UBC’s Sauder School of Business, and I apply that analytical and business-focused training directly to real estate strategy.**
