I've used Ken twice more since my last Review. He sold another assignment for me which was a painful process due to the developer but Ken managed to navigate it well and got me what I was asking for it. The second was far easier, he sold a condo of mine in Mount Pleasant. He advertised it beautifully with a wonderful video and great photos. He sold it for asking price on the first day of showings. I've used Ken for 5 properties now and still can't recommend him enough.

As first time buyers, Ken has educated and guided us through the complete process of purchasing a home! He has taken the time to understand our needs and show us relevant houses, as well as looking out for good and bad things during visits. And he has done it all with a friendly and easy-going attitude. He was able to help us find and purchase exactly what we were looking for, in a very short amount of time and within our budget! We’re glad to have met Ken and to have trusted him with what is probably the biggest purchase of our lives and couldn’t be happier to recommend him to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a house.

Ken is a really nice, patient, responsible agent with honesty and integrity. He is professional, knowledgeable, and got all the connections we need to help us find the right mortgage broker, lawyer and lender. Very quick to respond to and solve the problems. I recommend him to my mom, and he sold her house at a higher than expected price within few days.

We feel lucky that we have Ken as our agent. Ken was really knowledgeable and patient to answer our questions. We always receive prompt responses from him. And he was able to help us to negotiate the price down to meet our budget. He is the agent that will go above and beyond your expectations. Ken was amazing! During the sale of our home, Ken has shown dedication like no other realtors. Our home was not an easy sale as it was slightly higher than normal market value in the area but Ken kept on trying and got us an above avg price compare to market price. When my family has already lost hope of selling, Ken was able to come up with creative ways to market the house. He has spent more time showing the home and doing marketing than any other realtors that we have ever meet and that says something when I am a Mortgage Broker and my family has bought and sold more than dozen of real estate properties in Greater Vancouver area.
