Hi, Everyone, First, 5 stars is not enough for the score to rate! 😄 Ken is the nicest person I ever met in pass 20 yrs more in Vancouver. Exactly he’s more patient for listening from the customers and very helpful to build a great bridge with buyers/sellers, and fastest response for everything even on little question or vary detail as like purchasing and selling processing for your targets pricing, always got what you wanted. I seriously recommend to everyone buyer or seller in the future, Ken Hu is the best one to help you as he is a full time service even in the midnight as like as 24 hrs convenient store. Buyers’ first impressions nowadays is often online and the listing pictures and video are exceptionally well done. He captures the key selling features and lifestyle in his videos - our listing video had hundreds of views, by far more than any other listing videos in our area.
