Simon and I are soooo fortunate in getting connected with Ken Hu of the Macdonald Realty during our selling in Vancouver and our search for a new home in Burnaby and North Shore. We had sold our home in Vancouver with Ken’s super help (sold our current home within a month, thanks Ken! I know we can’t do this without you!) and would like to move in to Burnaby/North Vancouver for our dream house. Ken is a rockstar. I started working with Ken last year when I was in the initial stage of home-buying. Ken was extremely knowledgeable and helped demystify the entire process. He helped us look at multiple properties and got a better understanding of our requirements. He was available sometimes at very short notice and had a great attitude. Finally we found the place with Ken's help and then he helped us with the purchase formalities, which otherwise seem like a burden.
